Angkor Temples and Countryside

We designed this tour especially for photographers who are looking to practice photography in different environments and who are afraid to be "templed out" if they join our Full day temples tour. During this tour, you start early morning to be able to witness the colors of sunrise on the largest religious temple Angkor Wat and end up the day watching the sun set in the quite countryside with paddy fields. You will also have the chance also to interact with local people living in the villages near Siem Reap. This tour will allow you to learn and get guidance on different types of photography: long exposure, low light, people, portrait photography, architecture.

Morning:
5 am: pick-up from your hotel.
Angkor Wat/ Ta Prohm/ Ta Nei
12 pm: back to your hotel

Afternoon:
(2.30 pm: pick-up from your hotel)
cambodian countryside/paddy fields/pagodas/village and sunset
7 pm: drop-off at your hotel.

Inclusions:
Photographer guidance / Private car with driver/ Hotel pick-up and drop-off/Complimentary rental: tripod/gopro4 black edition/Fuji X-T100

Exclusions:
Angkor pass ($37 for one day, $62 for three days, $72 for seven days) / Personal insurance

This tour requires a moderate fitness and activity will be the most intense in the morning during the visit of the temples.

We (a french couple) had the best experience with Laurent & Angkor Photography tours. We took a tour from sunrise to sunset (5am to 7pm). We were supposed to do a full day in the temples but we decided together to go in the country side on the afternoon to see different photography conditions (light, people, etc...). So it was a very rich and insightful day for us. Plus, Laurent knows absolutely all the nice places you have to go to take pictures, avoiding the crowd of tourists. We are beginners and we are able since this tour to take good pictures in manual mode. We have the basis. We learnt a lot about hardware (cameras and objectifs) as well which will be good for the future. We recommend this company for sure! We are coming back with some great pictures from Siem Reap.
